The location worked well for my travel plans, close to transportation.
The customer service needs improvement. Staff seemed disinterested and unfriendly. It was like I was a nuisance at times. This detracted from the overall experience.

the location was decent, providing easy access to transportation links for exploring. it met expectations in that sense.
the decor was just too dark. it gave the hotel a depressing atmosphere i did not enjoy. additionally, the room conditions were not great. the room felt small and outdated. the air conditioning barely worked.

my room had a nice , big balcony. the receptionist tried to make the temperature control work , but ultimately i had to leave the balcony door open. the night clerk , valter , were great too assist me with my needs. i also found the breakfast selection to be great.
i wish the rooftop terrace had been open for longer hours , as i would have liked to enjoy it more . also, the temperature control in my room didn't work, a minor inconvenience.

the breakfast includes pastel de nata and tasty fresh fruit. the breakfast was diverse with lots of pastries. the hotel meals were good quality and reasonably priced. the coffee machine in my room was also a great addition.

the room was clean and the bed was comfortable enough.
The bathroom setup was odd. There was a see-through window on the wall, even in a twin room. i asked about changing rooms, but i was told they all had the same bathroom layout. later, i spoke with other guests who said their bathrooms had normal walls.

The location was decent. It was close to a metro stop.
the room was quite small, and the walls seemed thin, i could hear everything. i requested an iron, but the one i received had a broken plug, i could not use it. during my stay, the curtains actually fell from the ceiling, and it took two days for them to be fixed, seriously?
